F.A.Q.
There is no contract. We require 48 hours to cancel an appointment or there will be a cancellation fee. We want you to keep coming back because of great customer service not because you signed a contract.
Most of our cleans are quoted at a flat rate. The hourly rate is around $50/hour per cleaner.
We do our best to work around excessive clutter.
We consider all of our cleans deep cleans and we do not offer surface cleaning. We know that when you hire a professional cleaning service you are expecting exceptional results.
Moving cleans and construction cleans include all the standard cleaning and extra cleaning. Looking for something more? Just ask.
You do not have to be home during your cleaning appointment. In fact, due to covid-19 we are requesting if you are home to please stay in a different room from our staff during your clean.
